The previous regime was overthrown by public with great expectations. The rustic and boorish style of speech and functioning was replaced with urban, polished, sophisticated and cunning style of the present CM. He very cautiously inched forward in the direction with a well calculated plan. He successfully broke up backward and SC into smaller segments adding attributes like ati or maha (more) diminishing the chance of opponents getting votes en block thereby clipping the wings Laloo-Ramvilas combine.
